The humidity is rising, the effort to study is fading away, and all signs are pointing to that anticipated time of year: summer!

You’ve spent the last nine months working hard on the school year. For some of you, that means staying up all night to study for your chemistry exam, and, for others, that means spending hours practicing on the field for the big game. Regardless of what you’ve been doing, we know you have poured your heart into it and deserve several weeks of rest.

So when that final school bell rings, press pause on all of the adult decisions you have coming your way (where do you want to go to college, what do you want to do with your life, you know what we mean), and enjoy your time!

We know there are some of you who are thinking, “No way, summer is the time to plan these adult decisions so I don’t have to worry about them in the fall!” No worries- we understand that, too. Here are a few things you can do this summer if you’re interested in UF:

-Campus Tours: We offer campus tours every week day. You’ll spend at least 30 minutes learning about UF, then another 90 minutes touring our beautiful campus. If you’re interested in visiting, schedule your tour here.

-UF Open House: If you’re a rising senior and want to learn more about UF, visit us at Open House! Registration will open soon, but in the meantime save the date!

It’s officially time for you to kick back and relax, but we’re always willing to chat with a student who has questions. Feel free to give us a call at 352-392-1365, send an email to freshman@admissions.ufl.edu, or follow this link to request more information. Have a great summer!
