Campus Visit Opportunities

In-person visit opportunities are currently limited. Campus tours will be offered throughout the summer, ending July 30. Tours will be posted in 2- to 3-week batches throughout the summer. If no tours are available now, check back. You can also take a self-guided tour. Some buildings and offices remain closed to off-campus visitors.

Self-Guided Tour

Guided tours and admissions presentations/events at the UF Welcome Center are limited due to the pandemic. UF’s self-guided tour showcases our campus and can be done conveniently. Note that some buildings and offices remain closed to the public. Download our self-guided tour through UF’s GatorWay app. Whether you are accessing this guide in Gainesville or around the globe, we are pleased that you have chosen to visit our campus virtually or by following along the stops highlighted on the tour. The UF campus is open, and you should be able to gain insight into what life can be as a Florida Gator. Facial coverings are not required for campus visitors but are strongly recommended for anyone who has not been vaccinated against COVID-19. If you are taking this tour while on campus, we suggest starting with the Reitz Union stop so that you may follow the route in the same order used in guided tours. The tour app provides photos and audio. If you are remote, feel free to choose where you would like to start.

UF in Photos

While an in-person visit can be the best way to experience UF, take a digital stroll through our beautiful campus through our Photo Gallery. You can experience some of our incredible spaces shown via the camera lens of some of our best photographers.

For Prospective Students

The University of Florida Office of Admissions virtual information sessions will give students and their family members a chance to learn more about our community and the opportunities that make UF a great college experience at an affordable price. The sessions will feature a presentation by one of our admissions officers with information about the University of Florida and our application process, followed by a live Q&A session. Sessions are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The University of Florida Office of Admissions offers information sessions and campus tours for prospective students at the Welcome Center located in the J. Wayne Reitz Student Union. Visits include an information presentation followed by a 90 minute walking tour led by current students.
