After Being Admitted

Locate your UFID number in your Gator Portal under “Application Materials.” A few days after being admitted, you will receive an email to create your GatorLink username and password.

Using your new GatorLink login, set up your GatorMail email account. Choose your email name wisely! You will use this email to communicate with professors.

Complete your on-campus Housing Application as soon as possible, as housing is not reserved for first-year students. To increase your opportunity for on-campus housing, submit the application and then sign and submit the Student Housing Agreement as soon as possible to secure your spot.

• PaCE students cannot live on campus until they transition to residential, on-campus academic programs.

Submit a 2027-28 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) today to unlock the fullest range of financial aid options available to you. The FAFSA will help to maximize your chances of getting the best support package possible.

• Early Decision: January 8
• Early Action: May 1
• Regular Decision: May 1

Pay the non-refundable $200 tuition deposit, unless your fees were waived in your acceptance letter.

Preview is a required orientation. You must confirm your enrollment and pay the non-refundable tuition deposit before registering for Preview.

Arrange to have the College Board, ACT or CLT send your official test scores to the Office of Admissions by May 1 and check your Gator Portal for test score status.

Complete the UF Quest 1 Survey to list your preferences for a UF Quest 1 course.

• PaCE Students do not need to complete this survey.

Make arrangements to send your final transcripts with the diploma date to our office by July 1, as your school may not automatically do this. Check your Gator Portal for transcript(s) status.
